Jeremy, it appears you cannot in the Gmail interface.

Note that you can create only one signature in Gmail (unlike in Outlook where you can create several signatures to choose from).

But... if you pick up your mail via an email client then you could.

I think the previous question was: Can we create multiple signatures in gmail like one can do when using outlook? I write an array of different emails to different parties, so I was hoping I could pick and choose myself.

Can one set up multiple signatures, depending on the audience? I can do this in Outlook!
